We also record the source page, submission and consent times, and privacy notice version. Please do not send confidential records, passwords, government identifiers, or time-sensitive notices.

WordPress, hosting, and security services may process technical data such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and timestamps to operate and protect the site. Forms use a temporary one-way network identifier for rate limiting; it is not stored with the inquiry.

We use information to address inquiries, operate and protect the website, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Inquiry records are stored privately in WordPress on Hostinger. Hostinger also provides the authenticated info@1471.us email service. Form email contains only a minimal new-inquiry notice, without submitted messages or personal information. Authorized staff review inquiries in WordPress.

At launch, we use essential WordPress, administration, and security cookies. Separately, the first-party f1471_lang preference cookie is used only to remember your language choice and expires within one year. We do not use analytics, advertising, profiling, newsletter subscriptions, or other nonessential tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal information. Service providers process information to host, operate, and protect the site and email service. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect the service.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry data for 30 days unless it is needed longer to address the inquiry, comply with law, or protect the service. Technical and security data are kept as needed for site operation and protection. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.

Children and external links
