One Control Center connects four Control Domains to up to seven Weekly Signals and one Weekly Review.
Methodology model. The Weekly Review returns to the Control Center with records updated. This operating framework is not released software or a compliance determination.

Why it exists

A renewal, a missing record, a cash pinch, and an unopened notice are easier to miss when they live in different places.

A renewal, an incomplete packet, a cash constraint and an unopened notice may each require different action. When they are tracked separately, the full picture is harder to see. 1471 is intended to support visibility and coordination, not to determine compliance.

Four Control Domains

Compliance is one of four weekly views.

1

Compliance

What action may be due, by when, and what information supports it?

2

Cash Flow

What obligations are approaching relative to available funds? Visibility only; no money is moved and no financial advice is given.

3

Documentation

Which records support the work, and what is still missing?

4

Operations

Which requests, tickets or reviews are open, delayed or awaiting action?

Up to seven Weekly Signals

A short list by design.

The methodology limits the weekly view so owners can focus. Candidate signals include approaching dates, record gaps, correspondence, overdue tasks and requests that need professional review.

Signals are organizational alerts, not advice or a determination that a business is compliant.

One Weekly Review

  • Done: record the action.
  • Defer: choose a follow-up date.
  • Ask for help: send the office the question and related details.

Urgent matters may need action outside the weekly routine.
